Mama’s Life of Practice

A four-week pre-recorded program designed to support pregnant yogis in staying connected to the benefits of yoga asana and meditation. Suitable and beneficial at any point throughout pregnancy, the practices in this course are specifically geared toward mamas 20+ weeks through to delivery.
